The Reality of Being a PM in 2025

Mon 10AM Tech Review
"Should we use GPT-4, Claude, or Gemini for our new chat feature?"
"Everyone's throwing around API names like I should know the difference. GPT-4 is $0.06 per 1K tokens, Claude is $0.015, but what's a token? Is cheaper better? What about context windows, rate limits, fine-tuning capabilities? I'm supposed to make a technical decision that affects our entire product architecture, but I don't even understand the basics."
Stakes: Technical architecture + $50K annual API costs
Tue 2PM Product Planning
"CEO wants AI features in our Q2 roadmap. What should we build?"
"Smart search? AI assistant? Content generation? Everyone has opinions but no framework. What metrics prove AI features are working? User engagement? Cost per query? Accuracy rates? I don't know what success looks like, so I can't prioritize features or measure if we're winning."
Stakes: Product strategy + resource allocation
Wed 3PM Strategy Session
"Every department wants AI integrated into their workflows immediately."
"Sales wants AI lead scoring, marketing wants AI content, support wants AI chatbots. It's AI sprinkle syndrome - everyone thinks adding AI will magically solve their problems. But AI has fundamentally changed how products are built and used. I need to understand the strategic implications, not just add features."
Stakes: Strategic focus + competitive positioning
Thu 4PM Industry Update
"Did you see OpenAI's latest model? And Google's response? Plus that new startup just raised $100M."
"New models, frameworks, and companies launch weekly. Everyone's talking about agents, RAG, fine-tuning, multimodal models. I can't connect the dots between all these developments and what they mean for our product strategy. Am I missing the next big wave or chasing shiny objects?"
Stakes: Future relevance + market timing

This Course Is For You If...

✅ You ARE:

  • An experienced PM feeling left behind by AI
  • Someone who's "struggled in corporate BS" and wants real skills
  • Ready to commit 5-6 hours per week to stay relevant
  • Willing to code (yes, actual coding) to truly understand AI
  • Looking for a long-term investment, not a quick fix
  • Tired of no-code hype and want deep understanding

❌ You're NOT:

  • Fresh out of college looking for your first job
  • Expecting a "no-code" or "prompt engineering" course
  • Looking for a quick certification to add to LinkedIn
  • Unable to commit consistent time each week
  • Hoping to avoid any technical learning
  • Seeking immediate job placement

Bottom line: This is for experienced professionals who want to be the best in their field and reap the benefits of staying ahead of the curve. If you're not ready to put in real effort, this isn't for you.

The Solution: Learn By Building

Why You Can't Afford to Wait

AI adoption is accelerating

78% of companies are using AI. The PMs who understand it are getting promoted. The ones who don't are getting left behind.

The knowledge gap is widening

Every day you wait, the technical concepts get more complex. Start now while the fundamentals are still manageable.

Your competition isn't waiting

Other PMs are already shipping AI features. In 6 months, "AI experience" will be a requirement, not a nice-to-have.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not technical - can I actually do this?

Yes! We start with fundamentals and build up. You'll code, but you're not becoming an engineer - you're becoming a PM who truly understands AI. No prior coding experience needed.

How much time does this require?

5-6 hours per week minimum. This includes live sessions, hands-on building, and group discussions. This commitment ensures you get the full value from the program and can keep pace with the cohort.

Will I be able to lead AI product decisions at work?

Absolutely. You'll understand technical trade-offs, speak confidently with engineers, and make strategic AI product decisions based on real understanding, not hype.

Is this just theory or will I build real things?

You'll build 3 real projects: an AI chatbot, a callable voice assistant, and an autonomous job search agent. Learning by building, not by reading slides.

What if I fall behind?

You get 1:1 sessions to clear doubts, lifetime access to materials, and a supportive community. Plus, we'll help with any tools or technical setup you need.

How do I know if I'm a good fit?

The best way is to have a conversation. Reach out, share your background and goals, and we'll explore together if this program aligns with your career trajectory.

The Cost of Waiting Is Your Relevance
