The Deal

Hi, I'm Ankit Aggarwal, and these are the terms for taking my AI Product Management course. I've tried to keep this simple and fair for everyone.

What You're Getting

When you enroll in my course, you get:

• Access to 12 weeks of live cohort sessions
• Course materials and resources
• 1:1 mentorship sessions
• WhatsApp group access for support
• API credits and development tools needed for projects
• Lifetime access to course materials

What I Expect From You

• Commitment: 5-6 hours per week minimum. If you can't commit this time, please don't enroll.
• Participation: Show up to sessions, engage with the group, do the work
• Respect: Be respectful to other participants and me
• No sharing: Don't share course materials with non-participants
• Effort: This isn't a passive course - you'll need to code, think, and research

Payment and Refunds

• Payment is processed through Gumroad
• You get a 100% refund until the end of the course - no questions asked
• If you're not confident talking tech by week 12, email me for an immediate refund
• Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours
• The "Pay It Forward" charity option is non-refundable (since you've already donated)

Intellectual Property

• Course content belongs to me (Ankit Aggarwal)
• You can't resell or redistribute the materials
• Your project work belongs to you
• I might use anonymized examples from coursework for future teaching (with your permission)

Limitation of Liability

Look, I'm one person running this course. I'll do my best to deliver everything promised, but:

• I can't guarantee specific career outcomes
• If technical issues happen, I'll fix them quickly
• My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course
• I'm not responsible for third-party service issues (like API outages)

Course Changes

• I might need to adjust the curriculum based on group needs
• Session times might shift if needed (with group consensus)
• I'll always inform you of any significant changes
• Major changes give you the right to a full refund

Cancellation

If I need to cancel the course:

• You get a full refund immediately
• I'll help you find alternative learning resources
• I'll give you at least 2 weeks notice unless it's an emergency

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to my Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law since that's where I'm based. If we have a dispute, let's try to work it out through email first.
