Week 4 of 8

MCP & AI Workflows

Claude wired into your day job.

You can now ship a working prototype to your team instead of writing a 12-page spec - and offload the PM busywork that used to eat your week.

3-hour live session · 90 min theory · 90 min hands-on · plus one exercise

The 3-hour live session

Theory grounds you. Hands-on lands it. Both happen in the same Saturday session.

Theory

90 min

MCP is APIs for AI. After this session, Claude isn't a chatbot - it's a coworker that lives in your tools. We walk through what's possible, what's still rough, and the thirteen workflows I personally use every morning. You'll also see what every Claude call costs - because PMs who can't model their COGS get caught out at the worst moment. By the end, 'AI productivity' stops being a LinkedIn buzzword and starts being three hours of your week back.

Hands-on

90 min

Wire Claude into your actual Jira, your actual Slack, your actual Notion. The first time it pulls up your sprint status with one sentence is a moment you remember. We'll watch the cost meter run at the same time so you feel the unit economics in your hands. By Friday you'll have three workflows running in your real day job - and your team will start asking how you got faster.

Try this

Your exercise for the week

Pick one workflow from the thirteen. Wire it into your real work this week. Bring a screenshot of Claude doing something useful in your day job.

From past cohorts

The moment that lands

A Cohort 1 participant built a complete UI redesign as a Claude Code prototype instead of writing a PRD. Showed it to his team. 30-40% of the changes were approved straight from the prototype. I re-show this every Week 4 as proof of what a PM with MCP-connected Claude Code produces instead of a spec document.

What I'll keep saying

  • MCP is APIs for AI. That is it.
  • The intelligence is the prompt. The rest is tools. That's it.
  • Don't expect everything to automate. If you're in the loop, it reduces your work 30-40%. That's the win.
