Where does the PM end and the model begin?
A Sunday, four people, and a table small enough that nobody could hide. The question was where the product manager's job ends now that the model can write the PRD, the user stories and the first draft of the roadmap. The answer the table settled on: at the decision. Everything before it is now cheap. The decision, and living with it, is the whole job.
