Everyone at the table had an agent running somewhere real, and every one of them had a story the dashboard would never tell: the tool call that failed silently, the retry that charged a customer twice, the summary that was confidently wrong for a week. The afternoon turned into a list of the checks nobody had built yet. Everyone wrote down the one they had not.
